International Day of Persons with Disabilities
Training Gate International has been organizing an annual celebration on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities since 2010. TGI invites all those working in the field of persons with disabilities to celebrate in the name of the State of Kuwait and under the annual slogan determined by the General Assembly of the United Nations.
How We Celebrate
During the annual International Day of Persons with Disabilities celebration, many activities are organized—from holding meetings and conferences in the presence of international experts across multiple disciplines (education, employment, awareness) to appearances on Kuwait’s national media outlets. The celebration has taken the form of large-scale community gatherings at venues such as Discovery Park and The Avenues Mall, ensuring that every program within Training Gate International amplifies this global occasion.
