An Alliance for Collective Impact

Since 2015, D Partners has offered Training Gate International a platform to bring together leaders from the private sector, civil society, and government who share a belief that equitable access must be built with — not just for — persons with disabilities.

We begin every collaboration with listening labs facilitated by self-advocates. Partners use what they hear to map meaningful commitments, seed inclusive projects, and mobilise resources that respond to community priorities.

What Partners Gain

Each partner receives a customised roadmap designed by our team and community advisors. Roadmaps outline clear accessibility goals, investment opportunities, and measurable milestones so that impact is transparent.

We pair strategy with capacity building: accessibility audits, inclusive leadership training, and mentorship sessions that equip partner teams to sustain progress long after a project launches.

Impact in Motion

Through D Partners we have co-launched inclusive festivals, renovated community spaces with universal design principles, and supported youth employment pathways in collaboration with government entities.

Our alliance now acts as an idea lab where families, persons with disabilities, and allies stress-test new models before scaling them nationally.

2015

Founding Roundtable

Training Gate International convened 15 private sector allies to chart the first disability inclusion investment fund, launching the D Partners identity and governance model.

2016

Corporate Accessibility Labs

Three multinational companies piloted accessibility audits across their branches, sharing the resulting playbook with SMEs attending our annual D Partners Lab.

2017

Employment Pathways Coalition

Partner employers co-created internships and job-shadowing experiences for youth with disabilities, later adopted by public sector HR teams.

2018

Inclusive Events Consortium

Hospitality and retail partners redesigned venues and event experiences, ensuring sign language access and sensory-friendly zones at national celebrations.

2019

Innovation Micro-Grants

D Partners launched a micro-grants program that financed 12 community-led ideas, from adaptive sports clinics to accessible transportation pilots.

2022

Digital Inclusion Accelerator

Following the pandemic, partners co-invested in hybrid program formats, expanding access to virtual learning and remote services for families.

2023

Regional Knowledge Exchange

New partners from the GCC region joined to exchange inclusive policy insights, resulting in a shared repository of standards and case studies.

2024

Community Impact Dashboard

D Partners launched a public dashboard tracking accessibility outcomes, volunteer hours, and investments dedicated to persons with disabilities.
